Instructions for Using AparkMe!

To use AparkMe's valet service, drive directly to the departure terminals T1, T2, or T4.

Approximately 20 minutes before your arrival, call the phone number provided in your confirmation email to notify the driver of your arrival. Upon arrival, a driver wearing a turquoise blue polo will be waiting to receive your vehicle. Before the driver takes the car, a joint inspection of the vehicle will be conducted.

Upon your return from your trip, once you have your luggage, call the same phone number to inform them that you are ready to pick up your car. Head to the same meeting point to meet the driver and retrieve your vehicle.

How does AparkMe work?

AparkMe ensures proper functioning inside and outside its facilities, highlighting among other services the pick-up and drop-off of vehicles at airport terminals and train stations as a courtesy from the company.

Our professionals have implemented the necessary technical and organizational policies and measures for the development of the service offered by the establishment.

These measures and policies prevent the alteration, confusion, processing, or unauthorized use of your personal belongings, such as "handling the vehicle on the way to the parking and/or terminal for its pick-up and/or return, always at the user's request".

Terms of Use and Responsibilities

The CLIENT certifies at all times that they are capable of granting AparkMe responsibility for the vehicle at all times while the service lasts, being responsible for any possible damages or injuries caused to AparkMe or a third party due to non-compliance with this.

The CLIENT certifies that, during the service, and while the vehicle is under AparkMe's responsibility, the vehicle complies with all legal aspects under Spanish legislation.

The CLIENT is responsible for leaving personal belongings in the vehicle during the stay if they have not declared it at the time of entering the facilities.

The CLIENT authorizes any movements and actions necessary to perform the service.

THE PARKING is responsible for the vehicle at all times while the service lasts.

THE PARKING has up to 30 minutes to deliver the vehicle, being this action a request from the user as long as they comply with the established agreement between the parties.

THE PARKING is responsible for any possible non-compliance in transit time until the service contracted by the client is completed.
